Cedar Tree Terrace is a small 16-unit complex on the eastside of Santa Rosa (California) and is right at the base of Spring Lake park and Annadel. Two of the areas most visited destinations.

This unit offers laminate hardwood flooring throughout, and a spacious bathroom. Views of the meadow behind the building from this unit are amazing as well.

We are pet friendly if the animals are 25lbs or smaller and you are willing to pay $25 monthly pet fee. We have an onsite laundry room as well. Utilities are not included.
