Midtown Commons Apartments is a 34-unit complex, and is just a two-minute walk to the center of down town Santa Rosa. This unit offers a beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops, brand new appliances, laminate hardwood floors throughout the entire unit, and a very spacious bathroom. It is also the only unit on the property with a view of Santa Rosa creek.

This is a very friendly and quite complex, the building is mainly comprised of couples in their late twenties to mid thirties and a few other career minded individuals. We are pet friendly if the animals are 25lbs or smaller and you are willing to pay an additional deposit/pet fee. The unit also includes one parking space, and we have two on site laundry rooms. Utilities are not included with these units.
