Midtown Commons Apartments is a 34-unit complex and is just a two-minute walk to the center of down town Santa Rosa. This unit offers an updated kitchen with granite counter tops, laminate hardwood, a brand-new dishwasher, and very spacious bathroom. This is a second floor unit so there is a set of stairs you need to be comfortable with.

This is a very friendly and quite complex, the building is mainly comprised of young couples and professionals focussed on their careers. We are pet friendly if the animals are 25lbs or smaller and you are willing to pay a monthly pet fee. The unit also includes one parking space and has a good view of the Santa Rosa Creek from the bedroom.

We also have two on site laundry rooms that are either coin or app operated.

Utilities are not included but for one person they are approximately $100 per month.
