This unit is on the top floor of a 6-story classic San Francisco apartment building. Rent includes: heat, hot water, water and garbage (not electricity). This unit if very bright with lots of windows and a walk-in closet. It has beautiful hardwood floors. Main room is separate from the kitchen which has a gas stove and refrigerator. All windows have mini-blinds. Bathroom has original ceramic tile floor. Building is clean, quite, and well maintained.
